Welcome to Ginox Steel. By using our website or placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Who We Are

Ginox Steel is a Lebanese custom furniture manufacturer, founded in 2018, with our own factory in Sad El Bouchrieh and flagship showroom on Dekwene–Mkalles Road. We produce custom-made furniture in steel, wood, and upholstery, serving hotels, restaurants, residences, and commercial spaces.

2. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance by Ginox Steel. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.

  • 50% Deposit is required at order confirmation. The remaining 50% is due before delivery or pickup.
  • Deposits are non-refundable once production has begun.
  • Prices displayed on the website are in USD unless otherwise specified.
  • All prices are subject to change without notice; the price applicable to your order is the one confirmed at deposit payment.

3. Made-to-Order & Custom Production

The majority of our pieces are manufactured to order in our own factory. Please note:

  • Estimated production times are indicative, not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to material sourcing, workshop capacity, or force majeure.
  • Slight variations in finish, grain, or dimension are inherent to hand-crafted pieces and are not considered defects.
  • Custom orders (specified dimensions, non-stock finishes, bespoke designs) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

4. Product Information

We take reasonable care to ensure product descriptions, dimensions, prices, and images are accurate. However:

  • Colors on screen may vary slightly from the actual finish due to monitor differences.
  • Wood and marble pieces contain natural variations that make each item unique.
  • We reserve the right to correct pricing or specification errors at any time before order confirmation.

5. Delivery

Delivery is arranged in-house by our team and charged based on your location and item type. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Ginox Steel does not offer cash refunds. Store-credit exchanges are available for eligible stocked items within 7 days of delivery. Full details are in our Return & Exchange Policy.

7. Warranty

All Ginox Steel pieces carry a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and craftsmanship. This warranty covers:

  • Structural failures (welds, joints, frame integrity)
  • Finish defects present at delivery
  • Hardware failure under normal use

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage from misuse, accidents, or improper cleaning
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage from moisture, direct sunlight exposure, or outdoor use of indoor pieces
  • Modifications made after delivery

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — designs, product photography, text, logos, and branding — is the property of Ginox Steel and protected by copyright. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Ginox Steel is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products beyond the value of the order. Our maximum liability under any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific item in question.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lebanon. Any dispute arising from your use of this website or products purchased from us shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Beirut.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
