Shipping Policy

Ginox Steel delivers throughout Lebanon. Delivery is arranged in-house by our team to ensure your piece arrives safely — many of our items are heavy, oversized, or fragile, and require handling that standard courier services do not provide.

Delivery Coverage

We ship to all regions of Lebanon, including Mount Lebanon, Beirut, Beqaa, North, and South. International shipping is available on request for commercial and hospitality projects — please contact us on WhatsApp for a custom quote.

How Delivery Charges Are Calculated

Because our pieces vary from a small side table to a full dining set or hotel installation, we do not charge a flat rate. Delivery is quoted based on two factors:

  1. Your location — Beirut and Mount Lebanon are lowest cost; further regions are quoted higher
  2. Item type & size — smaller pieces travel in our standard van; oversized items (large tables, sofas, wardrobes) may require a larger truck or additional handling

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges start from $10 minimum and vary based on your location and item specifications. Because every piece has different dimensions and weight — and some items require crane rental for safe installation — we provide custom quotes on a per-order basis.

Send your order details on WhatsApp and we'll provide an exact delivery cost before you finalize payment.

Final rate confirmed before you complete payment.

Delivery Timeframes

  • In-stock items: 2–5 business days after order confirmation
  • Made-to-order items: 2–4 weeks from confirmation (depending on piece & finish)
  • Bespoke & custom commissions: quoted individually — typically 4–8 weeks

Timeframes exclude weekends and public holidays. If your project has a specific deadline (event, opening, delivery to client), please let us know at order time so we can plan accordingly.

What's Included

Standard delivery includes:

  • Loading and secure transport from our factory
  • Delivery to your ground-floor entrance or lobby
  • Careful handling and unpacking on-site (upon request)

Additional services available for a fee:

  • Assembly on-site (if required)
  • Positioning in your specified room
  • Removal & disposal of packaging
  • Upper-floor delivery in buildings without service elevator

Delivery Day

Our team will contact you 24–48 hours before delivery to confirm a time window. Someone over the age of 18 must be present to receive and inspect the piece.

Please inspect the item at the time of delivery. Any visible damage should be reported immediately (see our Return & Exchange Policy).

Showroom Pickup

You are welcome to collect stocked items directly from our showroom on Dekwene–Mkalles Road, saving on delivery charges. Please arrange a pickup time on WhatsApp before coming.
